The Contest Trail
Where we compete
The Burnt Crow competes on the St. Louis BBQ Society Pro Series, a season of contests across Missouri and Illinois that runs from February through October. We also travel to Kansas City Barbeque Society contests, including the American Royal World Series of Barbecue in Kansas City — the world’s largest barbecue contest.
Each contest is blind-judged by certified judges, usually in four categories: chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket. Our next season’s schedule goes up here as soon as contest dates are announced.
Between contests, the same cooks and smokers are at weddings, corporate events, and backyard parties across Lake St. Louis, St. Charles County, and greater St. Louis.
